In the heart of the old village of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc, Arkadia is the setting for a signature cuisine — a sensitive dialogue between the shores of the Mediterranean and the distant flavours of Asia.

Our Story
Arkadia was born of a single desire: to bring the table and the image into dialogue under one roof. In the heart of the old village of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc, among the centuries-old stones of an Ardèche house, the restaurant welcomes its guests as if into a living workshop.
Here, Brittany-born chef Marvin Quentric crafts a signature cuisine that weaves together the Mediterranean and Asia — a cuisine reinvented each month, in step with the deliveries and the market gardeners of the causse.
On the walls, the canvases of artist Florence Gautier form an ever-shifting backdrop. Arkadia is a restaurant. Arkadia is a gallery. Above all, it is a place where one lingers long at the table.

The Cuisine
Four emblematic dishes that sketch the imagination of Arkadia — an instinctive cuisine, never fixed, following the rhythm of the seasons and the neighbouring producers.

The Chef
Born in Brittany, chef Marvin Quentric set down his knives in the Ardèche after a path nourished by travel and encounters. His cuisine, honest and inventive, celebrates the region's producers through the prism of a taste memory shaped by the Mediterranean and Asia.
His philosophy comes down to a few words: a product handled with respect, a cooking that reveals, and the boldness to dare the right gesture — whether it comes from a Southeast Asian market or a farm on the Ardèche plateau.
“I cook what I am: a Breton who has seen the world, and who chose the Ardèche to set down his knives.”
The atmosphere
From the vaulted dining room to the shaded terrace, every corner of Arkadia invites you to take your time.
What they say
A cuisine of rare inventiveness, where every plate tells a story. The service is attentive, the setting magnificent between ancient stone and contemporary paintings.

TripAdvisor
A fully deserved Bib Gourmand. The flavours are precise, the produce elevated. We travelled from Brittany to Asia by way of the Ardèche, without leaving our table.
